Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about an order, we offer a 14-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Pokémon TCG products must remain unused and unopened, with factory seals and shrink wrap intact where applicable.

Items that have been opened, used, damaged, or tampered with may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return.

Proof of purchase or your order number may be required.

How to Return an Item
Please contact us before sending anything back. We will provide you with the return instructions and return address.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage for change-of-mind returns, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we have sent the wrong product.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will confirm whether the return has been accepted.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for your payment provider to process the refund.

If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our return requirements, we may be unable to provide a full refund.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.

Important Information for Sealed Pokémon Products
For sealed Pokémon TCG products, including Elite Trainer Boxes, booster boxes, collection boxes and other factory-sealed products, we strongly recommend checking your purchase carefully before opening.

Once a sealed product has been opened or its factory seal has been removed, it may no longer qualify for a refund.
